Embrace peace and stillness


Being more peaceful and calm at the end of your day can benefit your mind, body, and spirit.

Light an aromatherapy candle or a stick of incense, preferably one scented with lavender, sage, frankincense, or vanilla. 

Lay on your back on the floor, put the recliner back as far as possible or any position you like.

Close your eyes and relax.

Do this for 15 or 20 minutes.

You deserve it!
