You Only Need YOU
You don’t need your parents, your spouse, your boss, or anyone else, only you.
It is a false belief to think that changing someone else, will improve your life or make you happy.
Other people might add to your happiness, but only you can change yourself.
Only by making different choices than previously, will put you on the path of improving your life.
When you put yourself at the bottom of your priority list, you typically abandon the things that matter to you therefore deceiving yourself and everyone around you.
Basically, you are the only one who can change or improve, nobody else can do it for you, only YOU.
It’s your responsibility to bring back your authentic self and the true you.

You must make the most of it as you have only one go in this lifetime.
You must take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else.
Chaos can build-up for years and creeps up on us silently without knowing the extent of it.
Most of us have been avoiding the inevitable, which is not good for our well-being and therefore change is in order.
Any chaos can’t be fixed overnight, but it will happen, with time, practice and commitment.
Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone else as a lot of people are living different lives than what we see as you can’t see behind closed door.
Don’t dwell on things that can’t be changed or the past. You need to let it go as it doesn’t serve you anymore.
Don’t ever feel ashamed about the reality you are in, what’s done is done.
Just knowing you have to make changes for yourself is enough acknowledgement.
