What needs to go? What are you holding onto

Letting go of things you’re holding onto that no longer serves you, for example, negative energy, people, experiences or anything toxic will benefit you.

The time of the Full Moon is particularly powerful in releasing this energy that you no longer need or want.

Write them down first in the release ceremony list and when you see the Full Moon and up to 3 days after. Read them out to yourself or aloud, and feel the emotions lifting from your body, mind and soul.

Once done, smile and say “thank you.”
